2024 Entry FormThe South West Rocks Running Festival is held annually on the stunning NSW Mid-North Coast. Whether you are an elite athlete, jogger or walker there is an event for you at the South West Rocks Running Festival. Starting and finishing at Trial Bay all event courses are scenic taking in the stunning South West Rocks Foreshore area.
As the event is held on the June long weekend it presents the perfect opportunity to visit our great town with friends and family.

– Horseshoe Bay Parkrun 7am
– Race Kit Pick Up 10am – 5pm @ South West Rocks Country Club
Sunday 9th June 2024
– Race Kit Pick Up 5.40am – 8.30am (Trial Bay)
– Coastline Credit Union Marathon 6.40am
– Salt at South West Rocks Half Marathon 6.40am
– CDCM Kitchens + Bathrooms 10k Fun Run 7am
– Chop ‘n Chill 5k Fun Run 8am
– Treble Trial Bay Gaol Buster (10km + 5km + 3km)
– The Indigenous Marathon #RunSweatInspire 3k 8.30am
– Eire Constructions Kids #RunHappy 3k (9-12 years) 8.45am
– Eire Constructions Kids #RunHappy 3k (4-8 years) 9am
For the 2024 event we’ve made some slight tweaks to the race day format with both marathon and half marathon events starting at the same time with marathon runners completing 2 laps of the foreshore course. Wave starts will be in place to assist all runners to start safely with runners of similar pace.
Up for a speedy endurance challenge? Take on the Treble Trial Bay Gaol Buster (10km + 5km + 3km) whereby runners get to take on both 10k, 5k and 3km events… Triple the bling too!
A new addition to the South West Rocks Running Festival is The Indigenous Marathon 3k #RunSweatInspire and Kids #RunHappy 3k Fun Run. Split into 2 age starts 9-12 years and 4-8 years the kids will take on a speedy 3k course. As this is a family friendly event we encourage parents / guardians to run or walk with the kids (if required)… and try to out sprint them to the finish line!
Big kids (adults) can also register for The Indigenous Marathon 3k #RunSweatInspire for a run or walk. Run Fest are proud partners of The Indigenous Marathon Foundation led by Australian Marathon legend Robert de Castella.
Take advantage of the Early Bird Entry Discounts, which are available until the end of January 2024 to save a few $$$. Free Race shirt available for marathon, half marathon, 10k, 5k and Treble Gaol Busters events with entry before 30th January 2024.
